If you would like to place a clothing order, please print and fill out the 2010 Apparel Order Form.  Make out your payment by check to MARVIC, as indicated on the form.  Mail the completed form and your check to KMGSA.  The address can be found at Contact Us.

Have your order placed by Friday, Dec. 3rd, 2010 to make sure that it is ready for Christmas.
