(1) 2011 16U Player Registration Form

(2) Uniform.  All 16U players must have a uniform.  If the player does not already have a uniform, they are ordered separately on the Apparel page.

(3) 2011 Player Medical History and Release Form.  As part of registration, all players must fill out and turn in this form.  It will be provided to the coach in case of a medical emergency.  Coaches must have them available at all practices and games.  Note: If you have already submitted this form in a previous year and there are no changes, you do not need to submit it again.

2011 16U Overview:

The 16U players will be participating with the 14U Lasers this summer due to participation levels.  The 14U/16U team will compete as a 16U team for League Play and participate in both 16U and 14U tournaments.

This year we are planning for a number of teams playing in the Southern Minny League that is run by the Austin, MN Park and Recreation.  This is a traveling, competitive league that is ASA sanctioned.  Based on tryouts, the player will be selected for a team.  Given our competitive level, teams will be submitted to the "Dazzling" division and/or "Blooming Stars" division.

Teams will also be playing in at least three weekend tournaments during the summer.  The actual tournaments will be determined at the first coach, player, and parent team meeting after tryouts.  The team can choose to play in more that three tournaments at an additional cost.

2011 Southern Minny League Details copied from their Web Site:

U16 - League play will start the week of June 1.  Nights of play will be Mondays and Thursdays for the Dazzling League.  Blooming Stars will play on Monday/Wednesday evenings.  Games shall begin at 6 pm and no inning shall begin after 1 1/4 hours from the start of the game.  Two 7-inning games will be played, as time permits, with a 5 minute break between games.  One point will be awarded for each game win in the standings.  In case of rain, 4 1/2 or 5 innings is considered complete.  Host team is home first game, visitor the second game.  Players must hustle on and off the field in order to complete games before dark.

2011 Practices and League Games:

16U teams will practice on Tuesday nights and play two 7-inning games on Monday and Wednesday nights.

2011 Team Rosters:

KMGSA will not field an 16U team in 2011.
